A study published in "Phytotherapy Research" examined a group of 232 people between the ages of 25 and 60 years old. Pharmaton capsules were given to part of the group, and a placebo to another part of the group. The patients were asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding symptoms of tiredness, and the researchers calculated a score for each. The test was repeated on day 21 and day 42. The results showed that the Pharmaton group had fewer symptoms of fatigue than the placebo group, and that the difference was statistically significant. However, MayoClinic's website maintains that the fatigue studies are preliminary and that the research done so far has not been of high quality.

They present as proof a quality-of-life study on functional exhaustion conducted by French scientist Martine Le Gal at the University of Mexico, that proved that ginseng G115 could improve vitality in spite of poor diet. A separate general vitality study conducted at the University of Bergen, Sweden, found similar results.

My Mom and Dad are 55+ years old and they have been taking Pharmaton regularly for the last 10 years. This product is amazing. I could see the definite positive physical and mental impact on both my parents. My parents have weak digestive/gastric issues and they just cannot take any one-a-day or any other multi-vitamin capsules. This product seems to be very easy is on their digestive system too. Pharmaton serves as the best multi-vitamin product I have known.

I have been using this product for over ten years and it has never failed me. I have a bad case of insomnia when I am not well rested for several days in a row and that just escalates into sleepless nights. This product helps me deal with the stresses of the day and allows me to sleep well and I always wake up invigorated. Back in my college days as a working mom and student, I am constantly battling with work, school and motherhood responsibilities, that it can be overwhelming but, this product has helped me retain information when studying and survive thru several days of no sleep or barely enough sleep.
